Video: Sporadic showers continue into Tuesday night

Thank you very much for joining us. Storm Watch nine whether on the web Beneficial rains hit many parts of the state during this Monday night *** lots of steady rains lifted from here. Any built-in thunderstorms will do the same and there could be *** some lingering showers overnight. So after the midnight hour, the best bet of these will be in the north of the country, although there could be ***a passing shower anywhere with ***lots of low cloud and some LTD scattered fogs from the sun breaks during the day on Tuesday. Also *** a few more showers, especially in the north, but there could be *** a few afternoon showers in the south. Very nice for Wednesday. It looks like the pick of the week will be Wednesday, then the first showers on Thursday, giving way to the developing sun behind that front, temperatures will drop quite late despite the sun on Friday. So *** earlier in the evening I started to see the heavy rains coming quickly to western New England and it was the scattered showers that followed overnight. So here we are again, anywhere from midnight about 12 o’clock in the morning. The showers in the north are starting to fade could be *** passing a shower further south, this will all come out at dawn on your Tuesday, but so the clouds will persist as long as there might be *** Spot showers, many areas expected to be rainless except the far north and still isolated elsewhere, then scattered showers in the north throughout the day. Tuesday, there will be a few dry hours. The best chance of scattered showers further south will be during the afternoon. Then this will all clear up later Tuesday night, so by Wednesday we’ll have *** lots of sunshine here. Light winds are blowing in from the south so temperatures have finally moved closer to normal if now *** a little above average for late September overnight tonight upper 40s until ‘in the far northern 50s for many tomorrow, still cool on the side, but *** a little milder than it was Monday near 60 north and into the upper mid-sixties far south. If we get any breaks in the sun, it’s the best chance of getting up near 70 and that would be the southern parts of the state by Wednesday. Again more sun and temperatures in the upper seventies. Well maybe it will *** push but we will try the lower lakes region in the mid 70s in the south, upper 60s in the north on Thursday, *** a few showers in the morning they might start from Wednesday evening. Then we dry from west to east early on Thursday, with the rest of Thursday looking nice, then very cool. A few gusts of wind on Friday despite the sun, temperatures are struggling to reach 50 north and 60 south. Very cold. Beginning Saturday, *** a little milder in the afternoon with sun to start the weekend Sunday clouds *** a little milder. On Sunday, the next bout of showers or more sustained rain Sunday evening and or Monday
