Nottingham Forest hosts Arsenal this evening in the third round of the FA Cup.

The Championship squad are 25 places below top Arsenal, who also hold the best head-to-head. The last time the two teams met in the FA Cup, Forest beat Arsenal of Arsene Wenger 4-2 in 2018.

Arsenal have won the FA Cup more times than any other team, having won 14 of their 21 finals. Forest has lifted the trophy twice, most recently in 1959.

Forest announced the signing of Richie Laryea on Saturday, but the Canadian international full-back is unlikely to appear.

Forest has resurfaced since Steve Cooper was appointed manager in September, while Arsenal are enjoying their best season in several years under Mikel Arteta.
