The trade deadline has passed and a flurry of moves is coming. One of the main shopping centers in Whit Merrifield.

The Kansas City Royals trade Merrifield to the Toronto Blue Jays.

This means that Merrifield will have to get vaccinated unless he only wants to play games on the road, as in the case of Kyrie Irving.

“Whit Merrifield was traded to the Toronto Blue Jays, sources told ESPN. Guess he’s going to get the shot,” ESPN’s Jeff Passan said.

“The Royals have just snatched the hearts of their fans. He is a wonderful player,” wrote one fan.

“And a terrible person. Glad he’s off the team,” another fan wrote.

“His statement came true. He’ll get a shot for a playoff team, but he was too lazy to do it with the Royals. He never cared about Kansas City. That’s Whit’s legacy. Merrifield,” one fan commented.

A few controversial opinions, to say the least.

Whit Merrifield travels to Toronto where he will need to be vaccinated to play.
