Thunderstorms and heavy rain are impacting the morning commute on the Kansas City subway. A second round of strong to severe thunderstorms is likely Tuesday afternoon and evening. The main threats will be damaging winds, hail and maybe a tornado or two. Heavy rain could lead to flooding problems. The high will be 83.
